About KDB Construction
We strive for high quality, if a job is worth doing, it’s worth doing right and to a high standard.
KDB was formed in 2015 with two members, Mark Kerr and Fraser Bourne, and since then we have grown in size significantly.

· Refurbishment of two classroom blocks at May Road School.

· Earthworks and concrete work at Wesley Primary School.
· Classroom upgrades to classroom block at Pt Chevalier Primary School.
· Urgent Health and safety remediations to classroom block at Pt Chevalier Primary School.
· Carpentry supply to the classroom and changing room upgrades at Kowhai Intermediate School.
· Bathroom upgrades to the toilet block at Pt Chevalier Primary School.
· Carpentry supply to pergola and formwork at Ormiston Senior College.
Commercial
· 1.5 years of site works, carpentry, and formwork at commercial bay for Fletcher Construction.
· Complete carpentry package at Hilton foods distribution center for Watts & Hughes
· Complete carpentry, and formwork package for 15 warehouse and office units in Hobsonville for Waide Construction.
· Carpentry package delivered for a set of 10 townhouses in Birkenhead for Northview Construction.
· Complete carpentry package at Steel and Tube head office for Watts & Hughes.

Among the workers of KDB Construction, our team collectively boasts over 130 years of experience in the building trade. Each member of our team brings a unique set of skills and expertise to the table, making us a versatile and well-rounded workforce. Our team has extensive experience in various types of construction, making us adept in handling diverse projects. Whether it's commercial concrete formwork, including precast panel erection, or the intricacies of high detail cabinet making, our team has tackled it all. Within the KDB team, we are fortunate to have a diverse range of skilled builders and hammerhands who bring a great deal of expertise to our projects. Our team is composed of fully qualified professionals who have honed their craft over the years. In addition to these experienced individuals, we also have apprentices who are nearing completion of their apprenticeships as well as those who are at the earlier stages of their training. By working alongside our skilled workers on various construction sites, our apprentices benefit from a richer learning experience in all types of construction. This hands-on approach allows them to gain invaluable practical knowledge and develop their skills more effectively. The combination of skilled professionals and eager apprentices ensures that our team remains dynamic, innovative, and continuously evolving in the ever-changing field of construction.
